Win a dinner for 10 people, designed and served by Chef Q Ibraheem, Youth Job Center Culinary Arts Program Instructor. Chef Q is also the owner and executive chef of Teertsemasesottehg, an underground supper club, the board president of the Evanston Food Exchange, and director of the Foster Street Urban Agriculture Program.
Dinner will include a five-course meal specially crafted by Chef Q, with each component carefully chosen to compliment the next, using locally sourced ingredients and designed to reflect seasonal foods and produce selected from local and urban gardens and farms. Dinner will include wine pairings from local vendors to highlight each course.
The winner can schedule a dinner at their house or mutually agreed upon location in the Evanston/Chicago area. The meal can be scheduled through the end of 2022, with time and date to mutually agreed upon with Chef Q Ibraheem. Local public health restrictions will be followed and Covid-19 precautions will be taken.
